It's hard to find these lovely old cake carriers in decent condition, but this one is almost perfect!

I have base coated it in a ballet slipper pink and then hand painted some gorgeous cottage roses and greenery onto the lid, atop a lovely Robin's Egg Blue wash.

I replaced the original plastic knob with a reproduction, vintage style glass knob. So pretty!
